Music arrives to the Guanajuato International Film Festival along with vibrant audiovisual shows, today at the San Miguel de Allende Main Garden.
At 17:30 hrs The Rabeats, a band from Monterrey inspired by the sounds that represent 80’s rock, will open this musical space. With the voice of Rafael De La Vega, a group of musicians bring together their abilities to bring this band that is renowned at El Bajío and other stages in Mexico and the United States to life. They were featured in Vogue as one of the most sought-after bands in San Miguel de Allende in the past six years.
They will be followed by RTRXN, who bring a mix of dubstep, jungle, ambient and house as performed by Ulises Sanher and Luis Barragán, which promises to create a wild atmosphere as it has in their intense tours through Germany, England, the Netherlands and Central America.
The dup presents in every live performance the different masks that have become the icon of their image, based on the Ecuadorian myth of el Diablo Huma, a completely submerged spirit that allows for everything to recycle and blossom.
If you’re a fan of the genre or if you wish to live through a unique musical experience that integrates a social, anti-capitalist message, don’t miss your date with RTRXN today, Friday July 20 at 18 hrs.
