Gilberto El Valiente, Arial and Test OK put your skeleton to the test at GIFF XXII
Music + Cinema continues its concert program on the last day of activities of the twenty-second edition of the Guanajuato International Film Festival. On this occasion, those in charge of making people dance will be the bands Gilberto El Valiente, Arial and Test Ok, who will perform at the State Auditorium esplanade at 4:00 p.m.
Gilberto El Valiente is a power trio formed in Mexico City. Its members are: Angel doing vocals and guitar, Mike doing bass and Poncho in the drums. This group’s style fuses different musical genres such as rock, pop, funk and Latin rhythms to create their own identity.
At 6:00 p.m., the alternative electro-pop band Arial will play. Originally from Mexico City and founded by Rodrigo Barba, they are currently promoting their new Artificial single and will soon be selling their first EP, produced and mixed by Mexican duet Mylko for a year.
Finally, at 7:00 p.m., the band Test OK will play a rock-pop sound that combines the best of both genres. This group has shared the stage with artists such as El Tri, Los Bunkers, María León, Nortec and León Larregui, among others. They released their first studio album, Despertar, in 2017.
Enjoy the last of GIFF’s concert program and dance away at this monumental celebration of world cinema.
