She studied film production management in Beijing and has been engaged in the production of transnational documentaries and independent films of young directors. In 2012, she joined the prestigious Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF). In 2018, she was involved in the establishment of the Belt and Road Film Festival Alliance, which currently contains 55 film festivals and film institutions from 48 countries, including 5 major film festivals in Latin America. Meanwhile, she founded SIFF’s Belt and Road Film Week section, which is recognized by the industry as one of its spotlight programs.
