San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato May 7th, 2014<\/p>\n

The Guanajuato International Film Festival (GIFF) will open the Call for Entries for the 5th edition of the INCUBATOR program on May 7th. It is a unique opportunity for filmmakers to receive one-on-one advising sessions about their submitted developing projects. Renowned professional from the National and International Cinematographic Industry will be present in Guanajuato to give the consultation sessions.<\/p>\n

The advising sessions include subjects such as: Screenwriting Advice, Packaging, Pitching, Financing Strategy, Funds and Incentives, International Co-Production Markets, Production, Post-Production, New Strategies for Distribution, Festivals and Markets, among others.<\/p>\n

In early editions, INCUBATOR has proudly counted with the participation of International and National Advisors:<\/p>\n

International Advisors: Cin\u00e9fondation Festival de Cannes (France), Sundance Film Institute (USA), Torino FilmLab (Italy), Produire au Sud (France), Cinema en Construcci\u00f3n (France\/Spain), SORFOND (Norway), Vancouver Film School (Canada), Cinemart (The Netherlands), Hubert Bals Fond (The Netherlands), EAVE (Luxembourg), Binger Film Lab (The Netherlands), Slated (USA), Paris Projects (France), Medienboard (Germany), among others.<\/p>\n

The call for entries for The National Screenwriting Contest for short and feature films remains open until May 30th. Five projects will be eligible to participate in The Black List, a professional platform for screenwriters, where their work can be acknowledged and discovered by producers and representatives of the international cinematographic field.<\/p>\n
