Lo mejor de Guanajuato IFF\u201d con 10 pel\u00edculas en el Short Film Corner.<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Como ya es una tradici\u00f3n desde hace algunos a\u00f1os, el <b>Festival Internacional de Cine Guanajuato<\/b> (<b>GIFF<\/b>) estuvo presente en la m\u00e1s reciente edici\u00f3n del prestigioso Festival de Cannes, uno de los encuentros cinematogr\u00e1ficos m\u00e1s relevantes en el mundo.<\/p>\n<p><b>Sarah Hoch<\/b> (Directora del <b>GIFF<\/b>) viaj\u00f3 al festival franc\u00e9s para presentar 10 pel\u00edculas en el Short Film Corner del March\u00e9 de Cannes con el programa especial \u201c\u00a1Viva M\u00e9xico! Lo mejor de Guanajuato IFF\u201d. Tambi\u00e9n viajaron cinco realizadores apoyados por el <b>GIFF<\/b> con la finalidad de promover sus respectivos proyectos y presentarlos ante diversos distribuidores de cine al igual que festivales de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de la alianza exclusiva que el <b>GIFF<\/b> mantiene con el Festival de Cannes, <b>Sarah Hoch<\/b> se reuni\u00f3 con cineastas que luego de tener una residencia en Par\u00eds, viajar\u00e1n a Guanajuato para asistir al programa de Residencia MexiCannes.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es grato comunicar que durante las sesiones de mentor\u00eda y networking que se realizaron en el Festival de Cannes, Sarah Hoch directora del <b>GIFF<\/b> tuvo la oportunidad de asesorar y trabajar con cineastas de diversos pa\u00edses sobre sus proyectos f\u00edlmicos. En el \u00faltimo d\u00eda de actividades, el encuentro mexicano ofreci\u00f3 su tradicional Happy Hour en el Short Film Corner, donde se presentaron los cineastas mexicanos que viajaron al festival franc\u00e9s al igual que diversos amigos y aliados del festival guanajuatense.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en beneficio de los cineastas y del cine mexicano, el <b>Festival Internacional de Cine Guanajuato<\/b> cerr\u00f3 dos importantes intercambios bilaterales para residencias art\u00edsticas que se suman a las becas que ya ofrece en busca de ayudar a un mejor desarrollo de la cinematograf\u00eda nacional.<\/p>\n<p><b>NUEVO INTERCAMBIO PARA CINEASTAS FLORENCIA\/ SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Durante su asistencia a la 75 edici\u00f3n del Festival de Cannes en Francia, la directora del <b>GIFF<\/b>, <b>Sarah Hoch<\/b>, concret\u00f3 la Residencia Florencia\/San Miguel de Allende, a trav\u00e9s de la cual un cineasta mexicano podr\u00e1 residir en la ciudad italiana y un cineasta de aquel pa\u00eds viajar\u00e1 a la ciudad guanajuatense con el firme objetivo de impulsar sus respectivos proyectos cinematogr\u00e1ficos.<\/p>\n<p>El mencionado convenio fue firmado entre <b>Sarah Hoch<\/b> y la directora del Festival del Cinema Iberoamericano de Florencia, Mar\u00eda Lorena Rojas Navarrete, y tiene como objetivo impulsar a los nuevos talentos y fomentar la creaci\u00f3n cinematogr\u00e1fica. La residencia durar\u00e1 de uno a dos meses.
