\nThe Six Dollar Fifty Man<\/em> by Mark Albiston and Louis Sutherland
\nThe film is a wonderful mixture of reality and fairytale, written and directed by Mark Albiston and Louis Sutherland. It apparently takes 2 directors to find such a unique kid and make him and the story work so well.<\/p>\n
\nInstead of Abracadabra<\/em> by Patrik Eklund
\nIt is hard to make people laugh, but that is what Patrik Eklund accomplishes in ” Instead of Abracadabra” set in serious Bergman land. Why watch long fiction when you in 22 minutes can get the “whole” story of the impossible magician, get lots of laughs and even get a bit scared. Good camerawork, good direction, good editing and good acting. See it and you will forever say CHIMAY, the new word for Abracadabra.<\/p>\n
